University Faculty/Staff Directory
The Indiana University Faculty/Staff Directory lists faculty, staff, and departmental contact information for all IU campuses. You can search it online at: http://phonebook.iu.edu/ This online version of the directory takes the sections of the previous printed Faculty/Staff Telephone Directory (including campus overviews, departmental listings, and calling codes) and adds interactive features such as self-updates that are live within 24 hours, campus maps with building details, links to Knowledge Base calling instructions, and printing and PDF export options. Limited quantities of the printed directory will continue to be available on each campus, but you can print sections of the directory or export them to PDF format.Email questions and comments to Faculty/Staff Directory.
Updating the directory at IUB
At IU Bloomington, UITS Telephone Services maintains the Faculty/Staff Directory. If your information in the individual online listings is incorrect, follow the instructions in Changing the information in your online IU Address Book entry and the Global Address List Information in departmental listings and in the printed directory is maintained through designated departmental contacts.
If you are a departmental contact, you will receive a request for changes once yearly, and you can also at any time update personnel information for the printed directory by visiting this online form. Log in with your ADS domain username and password.
Updating the directory at IUPUI
The UITS Call Center at IUPUI maintains the IUPUI campus directory. Call Center staff update employee information for the IU Medical Center and the IUPUI campus yearly. The directory coordinator annually sends update requests to each IUPUI department for changes.
To submit a change for your department, call 317-274-4801.
Updating the directory at the regional campuses
To submit corrections for individual online listings, follow the instructions in Changing the information in your online IU Address Book entry and the Global Address List For online departmental listings and the printed directory, designated departmental contacts will receive a request for updates annually. In addition, designated departmental contacts may submit updates for the printed directory using this online form. Log in with your ADS domain username and password.
